Effects of black tea

In general, the longer the tea is exposed to oxidation and the more it is fermented, the less beneficial it contains. Therefore, green and white tea is healthier for our body than black tea. In the production of black tea, the vitamins, minerals and other beneficial substances are degraded . But that doesn’t mean it would detract from his taste. On the contrary, many people like black tea more than white or green tea.

Because black tea undergoes longer oxidation, it has a high caffeine content. This surpasses the caffeine contained in green and white tea. Young tea leaves contain more tein than older leaves. Older teas usually increase the proportion of tannins and these slow down the absorption of caffeine .

How to make a cup of black tea?

Water which fills the tea should be approximately the temperature between 60-90 ° C . It is more of a myth that black tea should be poured with hot freshly brewed water, better boiled water and standing for a while. Spring water with lower hardness is also ideal for making tea.
